I filled my brother’s room up with 1,000 balloons five times before he finally got revenge.

It was silly, but beyond impressive. My friends and I coordinated this prank in secrecy while my brother was away at college. Not to mention it was all hand-crafted and mouth-blown. Around the third time we did it, it ballooned into a hot commodity. I was being offered deals to blow balloons full time and even had to get a bouncer outside his bedroom.

It was such a big part of my high school/ early college career that my best friend and I ended up naming our first album after it, “The Balloon Room.” Eventually, my brother got back at me by finally massacring my room when I went away to college too.
